These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), Terms of Use and Privacy Policy together govern the placing of pre-orders (“Pre-Order”) through the website www.ibandplus.com (“Website”) with Arenar B.V. (“we”, “us”, “our” or “Arenar”) for the Arenar products (“Goods”). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order for Arenar Goods. By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
When placing a Pre-Order for our Goods, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Arenar shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to contact@ibandplus.com
We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time and in our sole discretion. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of these Terms. Every time you order Goods from our Website, the Terms in force at that time will apply to such purchases. We encourage you to review these Terms each time you make a purchase from us to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply to such purchase.
- Purchases are final
All the purchases are final, non-cancelable and non-refundable, except as specified in the applicable cancellation policy and refund policy set forth below.
- Acceptance of Orders
An order submitted by you through the Website constitutes an offer by you to us to purchase the Goods on these Terms and is subject to our subsequent acceptance. Prior to such acceptance, an automatic e-mail acknowledgement of your order may be generated. Please note that any such automatic acknowledgement does not constitute a formal acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order takes effect upon our charging your credit card or accepting any other payment for the Goods (“Acceptance”).
- Cancellation
You or Arenar may cancel this reservation by terminating the Pre-Order within fourteen (14) days without giving reason. The notice period is 14 days from the day the Agreement has been concluded. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must send a clear statement of revocation to: contact@ibandplus.com informing us about your decision to cancel the Pre-Order. If you cancel the Pre-Order, we will refund the pre-order payment received from you within 14 days from the day we received your statement of revocation. We will use the same payment method you used to complete the transaction, to refund the payment.
What happens if I canceled the credit card I used to make my original contribution? How will I get my refund?
Your refund will still be sent back to the issuer of your original credit card and the bank will determine the best method of remitting the balance to you. The issuing bank will determine how to get the funds to you, so please contact them directly.
- Price
- By placing a Pre-Order, you agree to pay the amount displayed on your Pre-Order checkout page. All prices are shown in EURO.
- The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes, transfer fees, and other governmental charges, which are buyer’s responsibility.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Revisions
We have the right at any time prior to our Acceptance to withdraw any discount and/or to revise prices to take into account increases in costs including, without limitation, costs of any materials, carriage, labor or the increase or imposition of any tax, duty or other levy and any variation in exchange rates. We also reserve the right to notify you of any mistakes in the Product descriptions or errors in pricing prior to the Goods dispatch. In such event, if you choose to continue with fulfillment of your Pre-Order, you acknowledge that the Goods will be provided in accordance with such revised description or corrected price.
7. Delivery and Risk
- Time Frames: Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Goods as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery (ETD) is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Arenar does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Goods by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, Arenar is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you periodical updates with respect to such delivery schedule.
- Delivery Address: Delivery will be to a valid address within the Territory submitted by you and subject to Acceptance (“Delivery Address”). You must check the Delivery Address on any acknowledgement we provide and notify us on contact@ibandplus.com without delay of errors or omissions before your Pre-Order is out for delivery. We reserve the right to charge you for any extra costs arising from changes you make to the Delivery Address after you submit an order.

- Changes to the “Terms”
Arenar reserves the right to change any of the terms for any or no reason. We will provide notice to you if these changes are material and, where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent. Notice may be by email to you at the last email address you provided us, by posting notice of such changes on our sites and applications, or by other means, consistent with applicable law.
